To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com .
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
2 YEAR WARRANTY
Our customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. In the unlikely event our ISUPs have a manufacturing defect, we provide a 2 year warranty and a quick replacement.
BECAUSESUP.CO.UK warrants this product to be free from major defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for a period of 2 years from the date of the purchase.
This warranty is subject to thefollowing limitations:
1.The warranty is valid only when this product is used for normal recreational activities and does not cover products used in rental or school operations.
3.If a product is deemed to be defective by Becausesup.co.uk, the warranty covers the repair or replacement of the defective product only. Because.co.uk paddleboards will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of loss or use of the product.
4.The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use.
5.This product must not be modified and/or fitted with a motor.
6.This product must not be used in excess of the manufacturer’s recommended maximum load capacity.
7.This warranty is void if any unauthorised repair, change or modifications has been made to any part of the equipment.
8.The warranty of any repaired or replacement equipment is good from the date of the original purchase only.
9.The original purchase receipt must accompany all warranty claims. The name of the retailer and date of purchase must clear and legible.
10.There are no warranties that extend beyond the warranty specified.
11. The warranty covers the ISUP only not the accessories.
This product is designed in accordance with standards for a specific use. Any modifications to the SUP board will void the warranty and could result in serious risks for the user.
